I have custom fields in the registration form on my site, but how can I see what the users filled out? What I need to see the most is just which radio button they pressed. Thanks!

As far as I see you've only added the custom fields to the registration page. You should add all custom fields in the Profile and Account Tabs, first is for showing the fields, second is for further editing by user. Please go to Dashboard > Forums > Member Fields > Manage Tabs > Edit the Profile and Account Tabs, add the custom field to the pages. Save it, go to forum frontend, click the user username link and go to the user profile page to see all fields values of this user.
