Hi, I see most users do want to allow admins to see private messages. For me this is a must-have. Is there an answer about this?

The 41% of users don't want. This is not a small part. We can't ignore about 40% of users privacy policy. The poll result says we should not add this feature. In case you want to see private messages, you can check it in database tables.
