What plugin have you purchased? wpForo Embeds addon is a wpForo Forum plugin addon, I don't see wpForo installed on your website.

I purchased embeds addon, My website is wewbwinkelcommunity.nl/forum the the url I mentioned was the URL i wanted to embed.

The URL doesn't work, there is no any forum in this URL.
Also, please let me know, have you enabled the oEmbeds in Dashboard > Forums > Settings > Addons > Embeds admin page?

Please let me know what URL you want to embed. Are you sure it's supported by wpForo Embeds addon and by oEmbed system?

does it includes 'basic'urls ?

I'm sorry but it doesn't. You can't embed any URL you want. You can only embed videos listed in the settings page and websites listed in oEmbed page.
