After changing server and going to the new one, i cant anymore to copy past photos in the text field like before

when i copy a photo and paste it here like the one above, it is showing the wheel that is working and i wait till the photo is pasted.

In m site it show the wheel only for 1-2 seconds and after stops with out any error.
