Sometimes posts in forum appear in blog with delay of 2,3,4,5 or 6 hours or maybe more.
Are there any settings for that ?

Are there any settings for that ?
This maybe a cache issue. just keep deleting website cache, then delete wpForo cache in Dashboard > Forums > Dashboard admin page.
Also make sure your new post is not Scheduled. it should be published.

Could you please tell me a little more about the issue? Does the "This article is also published as a forum topic here »" link appear after the time you've mentioned?
