Plugin doesnt work - posts are not synched, and sync button does nothing

I have a posts category with 200+ posts that is updated every dayI have set sync option to enter these posts to the forum Nothing happensThe forum stays emptyWhen I press Sync - nothing happensHow can I get this to work? As I mentioned before, this feature is critical and I switched to wpForo because it has this feature.Without it, I cant use the forum.Category set: Nothing added to the forum or in moderation after pressing sync or adding posts: The category has 286 posts and new ones added every day: No new posts are added to the forum:

No, we've checked several times and it's not possible to log in via the details you've provided. Please check and make sure it's available for us.

Hi @wpforosuper-user,

Please follow the steps below:

1. Please execute the following SQL code in PHPMyAdmin > SQL tab:

ALTER TABLE wp_wpforo_topics DROP INDEX slug, ADD KEY slug (slug(191));

Please note the wp_ is just a prefix, in your case, it can differ.

2. Update the wpForo Blog Cross Posting add-on to the latest version (v. 2.0.1) and try again. The issue should be solved.

I have run the SQL query, then updated to latest version - still doesnt work

I have a few hundred post sunder that category, I clicked sync and nothing happens - the number of topics in the forum stay the same

We've just checked the duplicated website you've provided and it works fine. Probably you've not executed the SQL on your live website, or close the tab before the synchronization ends.
