I've set this post to appear in the eGPU.io news wpforo section of our forum but nothing happens:

So this is a post specific issue. Firs please make sure you use latest wpForo and Addon (1.0.2) versions. Then please try to cross-post it in other forums. Also please copy the HTML content of this post, paste it in .txt file and attache here to allow us check it.
There several posts that have had Crossposting enabled for the eGPU.io news section and about half of them appear. I do not know why so many fail to do so. I tested crossposting into a different forum area with the same non-appearance.
Tom, I've previously created and supplied a support login for you guys. Can you login and check it out?
