Make sure the post is published in correct forum. Leave some screenshot of that post cross-posting settings (top-right admin box). Also please make sure the Blog post to Forum Topic cross-posting is enabled in Forums > Settings > Addons > Cross-posting Tab.

I choose from the drop down the forum

It seems this post was scheduled post at first, this was not immediate published. The cross-posting addon still waits for publishing, it has not detected the publish status.
Please try to set this post draft, or pending status, save it, then publish it again. Also try to set it scheduled for one day, save it and then publish it.
