i need this feature for every user currently its showing only with admin not subscriber
here its not showing how i get attachment feature here

Please make sure that the user has permission to attach images. See the screenshot here:
Also please make sure the user has a"Min number of posts to be able to attach file". Please manage this setting in Dashboard > Forums > Tools > Antispam > New Registered user section. See the screenshot here:
