I did my annual renewal of everything and now I don't have the little white menu lines in the black bar. There's no spot to register or see recent posts

Hi @maplegrovefarms,
Please navigate to Appearance > Menus admin page, then select " wpForo Navigation" and set/check the wpForo Menu location:
