We have wpdisuz for article/post commenting and we run cross posting plugin from wpforo. We also have the attachment plugin.

When a user posts a photo on the forums, it shows up fine. It goes into moderation though on my comments. When I approve, it breaks the photos from displaying on the forum and I get this error:

-- Attachment is not available --
-- Attachment is not available --
-- Attachment is not available --

These errors are now everywhere on my forums. Help!

Most recent case here (last post): https://renewableheatinghub.co.uk/forums/renewable-heating-air-source-heap-pumps-ashps/aira-heat-pump-stylish-scandinavian-heating/paged/15#post-35087

Can I please get some urgent feedback on this, because I’ve gone through the forums and every single forums post with an attachment that has been approved by commenting from cross posting via wpdiscuz just shows -- Attachment is not available --

Sorry for another follow up. Can I just please get an acknowledgement that this is being looked into? I have comments building up, which I don't want to approve.

There are at least two premium add-ons that are an issue here and would like to just know that this has been flagged.

Hi @marsm,

Could you please do the following steps:

1. Go to wpForo > Settings > Advanced Attachments

2. Check all tabs (by usergroups) and make sure the "Attachment control based on attached file owner" option is disabled for all.

3. Save the changes, and delete all caches.

4. Then go to wpForo > Overview admin page, scroll down, find the [Delete all caches] and click it as well.

If these steps don't work then we'll need admin access to check it deeper.

@tomson thank you. Just did all of that, but the errors persist.

All the original errors are still there. How do I provide you with admin access?

I had delete all the posts from the above link. New reference link for errors is second post on this page after all changes have been made.

And does admin also have to be disabled?
