Please enlighten me the Litespeed plugin was not activated, I have now activated it so what needs changing with it? I have many plugins installed which have not been a problem it appears its only this one plugin which has the issue? Please advise

The form's enctype is set to multipart/form-data. Since the wpForo Advanced Attachments addon includes many fields—each usergroup having its own settings—the data may not be submitted properly, resulting in a 404 error.
If you contact your hosting support, they should be able to resolve this issue.
