[Solved] advanced-attachments

I have requested help through forms and your support email address but to no avail which is disappointing . I have purchased the advanced attachments to work on the WpForo board, and I am unable to save the settings in the plugin. The plugin and license has installed with nor problem, when saving the page I get

my site URL //wp-admin/admin.php?page=wpforo-settings&wpf_tab=wpforo-advanced-attachments
Then a forbidden page comes up. I have no issues with WpForo board only this plugin. Members can even use the plugin on my site its just I cannot update the settings page in the dashboard. 

Please can someone provide some feedback to rectify a plugin which I cannot use.

Hi

We don't find such an issue on our test websites. Please send the admin login details to info[at]gvectors.com email address. I'll ask the developers to check the issue for you.

This issue is still outstanding no one has been to check it out, I have being trying to get this rectified since April 9th. This is very disappointing support/after sales support. If the issue does not get resolved I would like a refund. There are plenty of forums/boards on the market which offer better support which I may have to consider moving to.

The issue is still outstanding do we have any updates on the problem or how long this is going to take to get rectified?

Please contact the hosting support with this issue. It comes from the LiteSpeed plugin configurations.
