I think you have a JS error in your Dashboard, it affects TinyMCE Ads editor. Please try to disable other plugins and check the ads manager editor. Before checking don't forget press Ctrl+F5 to reset browser cache. If it's fixed, activate those plugins one by one and check after each activation to find the problem maker.
I found out it was because it only work in crome - not in firefox which is my preferred browser. A shame
This addon works on all browsers. Most our developers use Firefox too and there is no any issue in Firefox. This is your site specific issue as i described above. Something is wrong in your website dashboard.

It seems you're using some Ads Blocker extension that caused the issue. Please disable the extension and it'll work fine.
