Im install addons but have this is issue
wpDiscuz - Voice Commenting can't create upload directory.
How to fixed this is?

Hi Alena,
Please check the Folder Permissions and make sure it has a ‘755’ value.

Sure, please ask which folder they need to create so we can take a closer look, still the wp-uploads which is usually used by most plugins have 755 and 644.

Please check the wp-content/uploads folder's permission as well.
Also, let us know if the file-uploading feature working fine.
