I just received my first audio message in a comment and it sounds all garbled.
I left one in return to test it, and mine sounds garbled, as well.

 
The person that left me the audio message in my comments section is someone I talk to daily, and she never sounds garbled on her phone.
Also, I use my phone daily and have never had feedback of my phone sounding garbled.
This is only happening on audio left within the app in the comment section.

Please advise.

Sorry, no option to deleted the extra media file posts....

@astgh I don't see how playing it on your end is going to solve anything anyway, but all you have to do is click refresh and try again. Did you just click the link that one time?

Seems this is a device-specific issue. We don't find such an issue. It works fine on all our test websites. You can check it here as well: https://addons.wpdiscuz.com/wpdiscuz-voice-commenting/

So please let us know which device is being used to post a comment with such an issue.

The issue is not that it's not "working", it's that it sounds garbled.

Hi @blaine-ford,

Please deactivate the current version of the addon, delete it, and then download and install the version attached below: 

wpdiscuz-voice-commenting-1.0.4.zip

Delete all kinds of caches and check again. You should check how it works for new audio records.
