[Solved] Voice Comment - Browser Does Not Support Audio Tag

Hi - We just purchased voice comments add-on.

When we add a voice comment:

Our widgets view shows: "Your Browser Does Not Support The Audio Tag"

Audio Comments - do not show correctly on our widgets view. 
Our widgets view shows: "Your Browser Does Not Support The Audio Tag" 

NOTE: We have tested and see the same issue on major browsers:
Chrome, FireFox, Brave, Vivaldi, Chromium

Greetings - I checked further into this issue, and maybe the Audio Comments is not compatible with our version of wpDiscuz Widgets?

Please note: We are currently running wpDiscuz Widgets - Version 7.0.7 

NOTE : "As a returning customer, your order will be automatically discounted 30% at checkout page. Just make sure you’re logged in with the same customer account before buying new addon licenses."

We tried to purchase an upgrade onto this wpDiscuz Widgets- but it did not apply a 30% discount.

QUESTION:

Is this Audio Comments bug fixed in the latest wpDiscuz Widgetsversion? 

Do we need to upgrade wpDiscuz Widgets, and also how do we upgrade wpDiscuz Widgets with our 30% renewal discount?

@astgh Hi - No, we only updated the Widgets addon.  Our Voice Commenting plugin shows Version 1.0.2 - but there is no "update" button.  It does not show any updates available.

What version of Voice Comments addon do we need? Do we have to update manually?

@astgh There is no update available for voice comments.

We goto Dashboard > Updates and click the [check updates] button:

Voice Comments is NOT in the list of available updates.

Under our Plugins page it shows:
wpDiscuz - Voice Commenting - Version 1.0.2

When we login to  our gVectors.com account, under downloads, it also shows that Version 1.0.2 is the latest version.

It seems we already have the latest version Voice Commenting.

What are the next steps to resolve this issue?

@astgh - We have sent you private email with your admin login auth details.  Your support team has logged in many times before, so it should be the same as before.

Please let us know here when this Voice Comments bug has been fixed.

Probably this is just a cache issue. Please press CTRL+F5 (twice) on the frontend before checking.
