Please delete and try to upload it again, it seems files are damaged
Also make sure your hosting server PHP version is 5.6 or higher.

I have the same issue, uploaded the plugin again from your site and the error persists. Please advise. Does it not run if PHP is less than 5.6?

Please ask your hosting services to keep PHP 5.6 or higher, this is important for all WP plugins and even for WP.
