[Solved] Subscription Fault error for most users

We suddenly started seeing the subscription fault error message. I've tested it on Safari desktop & iOS, Chrome and Firefox with the same result (all on Mac). I've tried different email addresses as well and I made sure that the email addresses I used were not already subscribed in any way.

We are using WP SMTP through our gmail account and it is working just fine (tested and debug events are on and showing successful sends)

I know that previously this happens when someone is already subscribed to a topic but that is clearly not the case here. I double checked to be sure.

Any ideas?

We don't find such an issue on our test websites. Please send the admin login details to info[at]gvectors.com email address. I'll ask the developers to check the issue.

The issue is fixed by our developer.

It was the wpDiscuz core plugin issue. We'll fix it on your website. The changes will be included in the next version of the wpDiscuz plugin. So you can update the plugin without any worries.
