Is it somehow possible to create private comments for valofated users only, so not everyo registered at my site is able to see these comments

You can use the wpDiscuz built-in "Hide comment section for roles" option if the unvlidated users have a separate usergroup.
This option hides the entire section of comments. Neither the comment form nor the comment list will be visible for selected user roles.
It's located in the Dashboard > wpDiscuz > Forms admin page. Just edit the Form.
