the plugin doesn't work for me on basardeals.de. If I report a comment then nothing happens. At the top right you can only see a loading bar for a short time.
I also cleared the cache and disabled all other plugins as well but still the same problem.

The developers checked and see that the user IP is the empty string that causes the issue.
It may come from plugins or from the server-side.
