Bug: Clicking report flag also clicks the link icon

When clicking the report comment flag, the copy-url-to-clipboard event is also triggered
How to replicate:
- Go to article where report & flagging plugin is active: https://addons.wpdiscuz.com/wpdiscuz-report-and-flagging/
- Hover over a comment to make report flag appear and then click on the flag
- Notification in green will appear in the upper right telling you the URL has been copied to clipboard
Expected behavior:
- Green confirmation dialog should only appear when clicking the link icon

This is a known issue. It'll be fixed in the next version.
