"If they are registered user why I don't see profile links. The usernames of registered users should be link. Have you made any change in WP profile system? Please leave a least of all activate plugins."  

If a user doesn't have posts he/she doesn't have Profile Link as well. WordPress User Profile link is just a link o User's posts list so if user doesn't have any post, there is no mean to add a link to an empty page.
However if you have BuddyPress or Ultimate Members profile plugin you can add a small code for integration. It's described in Dashboard > Comments > Settings > Integration Tab.
