I have no clue what are you doing incorrectly on your website backend and what's wrong with your website. I hope you use the latest 4.0.2 wpDiscuz and WP. So It would be better to have a login details. We'll login within next 12 hours and leave a demo banner with demo ads.

The ads appear now. However, there is another bug you should check out on your end. The "Active" and the "inactive" buttons seem to be off. I had them all "Inactive" however, it still showed up. I had to go into the specific banner ad to change the status from "published" to "draft" or "pending review."

I think it was just a cache. After Each changes you should reset website cache, then go to Comments > Addons > Add manager and click on both buttons to delete Ad and banner caches.
