I know that there are start and stop dates on each ad, but there are no actual times.  If I want to start an ad at 12 noon on a Friday, and stop it at 12 noon on a Saturday, how would I do that?

Also, I have an ad stopping on a certain day, does that mean it stops at 12:01 am on that day or at 12:00 pm on that day?

@canewsforum,

If I want to start an ad at 12 noon on a Friday, and stop it at 12 noon on a Saturday, how would I do that?

You should just set the Friday as a start day and the Sunday as an ended day. It'll work from 12AM on the Friday and ends 12:00 on the Saturday.

does that mean it stops at 12:01 am on that day or at 12:00 pm on that day?

It stops at 12:01 AM.

@astghik That's what I thought, however, in practice it isn't working that way.  I placed an ad yesterday 2021-03-26 (start) and 2021-03-27 (end).  I have attached a screenshot where in Ad Manager it shows as inactive today (ad Screenshot attached), however, the ad is still showing on the page, it has not turned off (ad1 screenshot).  I would have thought it would have not been showing on our pages?

Not sure why but it won't let me upload my second screenshot, here is the url to the page where the ad is still showing even though in ad manager it shows as inactive.  https://ca-news-forum.com/2021/03/27/off-topic-sat-27-mar-2021/

@canewsforum,

We don't find such an issue on our test websites. Could you please send the admin login details to info[at]gvectors.com email address? I'll ask the developers to check the issue.

@astghik Thanks, I have forwarded the login information as requested.  Plus the url to our test site.  I set up a test situation yesterday using start & stop times that should have stopped the first ad at midnight yesterday and started the second ad.  The first ad is still showing.  Both are showing inactive in Ad Manager.

@astghik Will the fix also apply to our live site?  I have set up a test ad and will confirm with you April 1st in the morning.

@canewsforum,

Not yet. Once you confirm that the issue is solved, we'll either update the addon or make changes on your live site.

@astghik  Thanks, and my final test on the live site this weekend worded as expected this time.  I am wondering would you be able to add the functionality to start and stop at a certain time as well as date?  Say 12:00 noon on a Friday and stop at 4:00 pm on a Sunday?  That would be excellent if you could.  Thanks.
