I cannot get a newly created ad to display.  I have tested that my ad banner works by using your test ad, so it doesn't appear to be a banner issue.  But if I create a new ad and try to publish it using a banner that works it will not display, I have searched this forum and can find no topics related to this.  I need help please.

@canewsforum,

First of all, make sure the code you've added works fine.

If you're inserting HTML or JavaScript code, make sure the editor is switched to "Text" mode.

Not using any code, I am simply adding text and an image, we are using the ad manager as a means of communicating with our site at this time.  Ads from outside sources may be introduced at a later date.  I have added 2 screenshots to show you how I have edited the addon's AD Example, it works fine, but when I try to build one of my own, it will not display.  in the screenshots, 1. is the replacement text and image on your Ad Example, 2. is the banner I built, and applied to the Ad Example, which works fine.  The other screenshot is how it appears on our post.  If I build a new ad, and use the banner that I know works, and use the exact text and image that you see in my screenshots.  Then I remove the Ad example from being active, and make my new ad active, it will not display.  Thanks.

@canewsforum,

Please edit the Banner you've created and make sure you've selected some location in the  "Banner location" section.

@astghik  I believe I mentioned that the banner I built and am using works just fine with your Ad Example, I fully tested my banner by changing the position and it successfully move the Ad around.  If I build an Ad of my own with Ad Manager and use that same banner (that I know works), that Ad will not display.

@canewsforum,

Please make sure each banner has a separate location. I.e. you should not choose the same location for many ads.

Please leave some screenshot or video with the settings to allow us to better understand the issue.

@astghik I have 2 videos, one is for my banner settings and the other for Ad Manager settings.  They were too large to upload here so here is the link where you can access them.  https://ln2.sync.com/dl/bbe996710/6ybymjj3-7t2i2phe-e27stsjx-6g265m9j   (you may have to copy and paste into a browser window).  Hopefully this will help show you the issue.

@canewsforum,

Could you please send the admin login details to info[at]gvectors.com email address? This is something specific in your case. We don't find such an issue on our test websites.

@canewsforum,

The issue comes from the "Ad start date" format option. You should use the format that is filled in the example. We've changed it and now the ad shows fine.

@astghik  Thank you, wow, a simple thing like typing in the date in a different format, I would have thought if it didn't want to accept the date format I used it would have errored out, but I am glad you found the problem.  Thanks for your help.
