We've checked your cross-posting licenses. You've activated the licenses in different domains. So the second license was purchased for another website, it was not a renewal of your first website license. In other words, the licenses you have are single site licenses and are activated for different website, we cannot prolonge the expiration date for the second purchased website.

We can prolong the new license key if you're not going to use the old license on the old website and you're going to have only one license for one website.

- the old one is activated in this domain: cannabisinfo.gr
- the new one is activated here: adultforum.gr
So you've purchased the second license for a different forum, it was not a renewal for the old license. Am I right?
