I am getting a very strange failed update error. See below:

Update Failed: Before you can receive product updates, you must first authenticate your Elegant Themes subscription. To do this, you need to enter both your Elegant Themes Username and your Elegant Themes API Key into the Updates Tab in your theme and plugin settings. To locate your API Key, log in to your Elegant Themes account and navigate to the Account > API Key page. Learn more here. If you still get this message, please make sure that your Username and API Key have been entered correctly

I am using divi as a theme which is up to date and has the proper API keys. Seems like a bug to show a elegant themes error while updating a gvectors plugin.

My Gvector plugins are registered with the domain I am attempting to update on.

Hi @transitionalsolutions,

It seems your theme doesn't allow to update the plugins. It blocks the plugin updating process for some reason. Please try to switch to another theme update the plugins and reactivate your theme. Or contact your theme support and ask them this question.

I am using divi theme by elegant themes it is a widely used theme. Other plugins haven't had this problem this is the first I've ever seen it and I've developed near 100 sites or more.

Hi @transitionalsolutions,

Please install and activate the Duplicator — WordPress Migration Plugin, backup your WordPress site and send it to info[at]gvectors.com email address to allow us to check it.

Thank you @transitionalsolutions, we've received your email. There is not an installer.php file. Please send it as well.
