What is the maximum allowed file sizes in the settings menu for attachments? Is it in mb's? So , if i add 3, it means 3 mb?

Max allowed file size by default is set 30M in the add-on settings, but you can change. See the screenshot below:
So , if i add 3, it means 3 mb?
