Hi,
I have this problem with Iphone, if I try to upload photos .jpg or .mov videos sometimes comes out the system message that is not 'supported format, sometimes however it works fine.
Another problem that some images are loaded crooked.
Can someone help me?

this may be phone specific problem, we can't imitate such cases and debug it.
Please provide with exact details. Image format, image name, Image extension case (upper or lower). iPhone details. Image size. Some screens or video.
