Hello, I'm getting "Not allowed file type: image/png; charset=binary" message when I'm trying to post a comment with an image. How can I solve it?

Me and our users can post images through another plugin. So I don't think that this is a global wordpress or server issue. Thanks

Hi Aleksandr,

Please try to upload other PNG files, maybe that's not PNG in origin.
Media Uploader plugin use WordPress default list of Mime types, all WordPress allowed types which are not image, video an audio could be uploaded with “Other File Types” button.
There are lots of plugins and simple codes which allow to manage the list of WordPress Mimi types. For example you can use one of these plugins to manage all types:
https://wordpress.org/plugins/enhanced-media-library/screenshots/
https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-add-mime-types/screenshots/

If those solution don't help, please send admin login details to support[at]gvectors.com email address, we'll find the reason why PNG is disabled on your Wordpress.

Hi Tom, thank you for the fast reply. I'll send email to the support 'cause that's not the only PNG issue. And I defently can upload it in another plugin.
