A method for putting iPhone .mov files into a WordPress Post, that has WpDiscuz with the Uploader plugin activated.

First, activate a free or paid account on Vimeo.  Second, on the iPhone, under settings, activate Vimeo, and provide the Vimeo account password.  Next, pick a ".mov" video on your iPhone.  Use the "upload" icon, choose to upload to Vimeo.  The .mov file will be automatically converted to Vimeo format.

Open the Vimeo account in a browser, and copy the embed code.  On the WordPress post, with the wpDiscuz Uploader "player" activated, paste the copied embed code into the comment, on its own line.  Be sure to adjust the width and height in the pasted embed code to suit your own comment format.
