Hi,

I noticed a problem with the media upload addon.
On some pages the full screen is not working with attached videos.
Here it is working: https://animalcamvids.com/guestbook/
Please check the comment about the storks.

Here it is not working(the video briefly flashes it seems):
https://animalcamvids.com/video/storks-nests-at-shelter-herwijnen/
Please check the comment about the storks.

It is the same video in both cases.
Hope you can help me with this, already thanks.
Best Regards,
Frans

@stek2000,

This may be a plugin conflict. Please try to deactivate the plugins one by one and check after each deactivation to find a problem maker.

Hi Astghik,

I tried your advice, but the problem did not disappear.
The option screen in screen is working fine on both pages.
It is just the full screen option which is not working.
When , in the media addon setings, I not use the option: Enable HTML5 video player from the media addon, the video is played full screen. So I think there might be problem?
Hope you can have a look into this.
Already thanks.
Best regards,
Frans

@stek2000,

It is just the full screen option which is not working.

Thank you for your clarification. Yes, we've understood the issue well. The plugin conflict is related to full screen button. We see there is another video player (on the page with a conflict).

Thanks for your message. I am not fully clear what you mean, can you please explain alittle more.
On the page with the problems there are 2 other videos. One on top and one in the middle. Both videoplayers can have the full screen view. Only the video player below from the Media uploader can not have the full screen view. Which video player is a problem you think? And what is the conflict, so I could try to fix it?
Already thanks.
Best Regards,
Frans

Sorry for the late response Frans,

I am not fully clear what you mean, can you please explain alittle more.

Sure, there is some other video player on the page where you see the issue. On the other page where the fullscreen button works fine, there isn't any video player.

One on top and one in the middle. Both videoplayers can have the full screen view.

They can work fine but make conflict with the other plugins.

Hi Astghik,
Thanks for the extra info, I really appreciate your help.
So the conclusion is that this problem is not solvable.
A little disappointing, but it is what it is.
I would be grateful if you could make a note from this conflict and let me know if ever there is a solution made.
Have a nice weekend and Best Regards,
Frans
