For the last couple of weeks, my site has the same issue. Visitors are adding photos using the "paper clip" icon, the system says the comment, with photo attached is waiting for approval, and when I go to review and approve the comment, there is no photo. This has happened numerous times. Please help.

Is this an error caused by another plugin??? I've never had an issue with visitor uploads since the plug in was installed.

Yes, it should be the conflict with the theme or other plugins. You should deactivate the plugins/theme one by one and check after each deactivation to find a problem maker.
I have disabled all plugins on the site except WP DDiscuz.
I have checked all photos I am attempting to upload to the site, and reduced their sizes to 500 k each, approximately.
I have attempted to upload photos one at a time and in bulk. The icon shows that the program is working, but when it stops working, no photos appear.
This has all transpired since your last update. I had no issues with uploading, nor did visitors before, and all the plug ins in used then were in use now, except that I have disabled them all for this test.
Now what?
If I uninstall WP Discuz and the Uploader Add On, will all the old comments and photos remain on the site. If so, I'll try that next, though I'd appreciate your prompt response to this if you have other suggestions. This flaw is costing me site traffic.

Have you tried to switch to some other default theme? Probably the JS error comes from the active theme.
It's been the same theme for over 10 years. Sure, I'll give it a try, but I can't see how that's suddenly affecting photo uploads.
Theme change resulted in nothing. Photos will not upload using your plugin, though the "working" icon shows activity, no photo appears.
Can I delete WP Discuz completely and reinstall without losing all of my exisiting comments and photos? Please respond. If it's safe, I'll do this next, or whatever it is you suggest, as this has been going on long enough!
