Do you have other lightbox plugins installed? If so I'd recommend to disable wpDiscuz Media Uploader lightbox in Comments > Settings > Addons > media Uploader admin page. Then delete all caches and check it. If you don't have other lightbox plugins, please leave website URL, it seems you have JS errors on website which affects Media Uploader JS functions.

I mean your lightbox doesn't work on comment images after you sort or use ajax paging. You can test it in your demo.
