We use premoderation on site ( http://reosh.ru), so:
Can wpDiscuz leave a message about successful sending?
I looked in the settings but i didnt find out how to do it.

Hi @gaqnar,
Commenting on your website doesn't work at all. Please deactivate all plugins (except wpDiscuz) and check again. You have gotten a 504 gateway timeout error on your WordPress site:
