I didn't find these options in the admin panel.

Hi @vedavi,
Please navigate in Dashboard > Comments > Forms admin page, change "Comment form header text" value.
Regarding to field error messages.
Please note, that these are field validation messages which come from user browser. Thus the message language depends on browser language. They will be automatically be translated based on current user browser language. There is no option to translate in wpDiscuz settings.
