I've already installed the Plugin, but I can not reply to the comment if a customer has commented
I did not find a button (reply)

Hi @mohfarawati-com,
Please navigate to Dashboard > Settings > Discussion admin page, make sure the "Enable threaded (nested) comments X levels deep" option is enabled and the value is greater than one.
