Is it possible to have the mailings (subscription mail, mail notifications, ...) with my own layout?

Hi Fwac,
You can find and customize the email templates on Dashboard > Comments > Phrases > Email admin page.

But I need to change the font and I have to change the full HTML code (on the email admin page I can change the HTML body only). Is this possible with any hook?
