Form not finishing submit

Greetings. 

HELP!  I am really struggling.

The form is not finishing the submit process.  I have attempted 2 approaches.

1. a custom form on see url:

http://pocketwisdominsights.com/pwicolab/co-lab-series/la_kz_parab_wisewmn/

this one I click submit it acts like it might do something but then nothing happens.

2. Modifying the default form that has custom questions see url.

http://pocketwisdominsights.com/pwicolab/co-lab/arthur/co-lab-institute-for-children/

This form just continue to act like It is submitting - the bars in the upper right corner they just keep moving and never finishes.

Any ideas what I have done wrong??  Any other details I can provide?

Could you please send admin login details to support[at]gvectors.com email address? You have some site specific problems and errors which affects wpDiscuz, we need debug them all. At the moment we see two issues:

I have sent the detail over to support as requested via 2 emails.   I look forward to learning what needed to be fix and documenting it so we don't recreate the problem again later.

Great thank you.  I have just finished reviewing your other answers for me.  I am most grateful and have documented on the Banner thread what I believe you did.  Please let me know if I missed a step. Thank you again for your patience with this Newcomer.

UPDATE

Tom,

I  managed to get ride of the error on the posts pages.  YEAH! 

Unfortunately, the comment form is still not submitting. 

Will you have  time to day to look at it today??  We are have a demo Monday and we were in planning on including the blog and comments as part of it.   Please let me know you thoughts.

We're still checking this issue. Problem comes from server configuration not from wpDiscuz. I'll update soon...

We were able to submit thus it appears to be working. 

THANK YOU for you and your team's integrity to resolving the problem for both the immediate and long-term success. 

What a delight to work with individuals like yourselves.   I will get us all set up for our demo next week and our team can walk with confidence knowing how your team considered our individual situation and made a resolution happen.

I wrote to Martin last night as I said in the email I was sad to report that the comments submit button stopped working.  I look forward to your thoughts.

Hi Della,

They already know about this issue. Please wait for Martin response. As far as i know they prepare new version of wpDiscuz with fixed core.

I heard from Martin this evening.  I have tested.

It is once again responding.  Thank you!!!

I can say I experienced Martin and wpDiscuz Team as having great pride and integrity as demonstrated with your consistency and dedication in resolving this issue.  What a delight.
