Does anyone know how to make WP Disquz work with Cookiebot or Cookie Notice, so that no cookies are loaded until user consent?

wpDiscuz has many tools and options to help you with GDPR compliance. I'd suggest you read the documentation and go through all settings to make sure your website comment section is correctly configured to comply with the GDPR:
