I can still see the 'XYZ comments on this post' heading, and the box prompting new comments, but the actual comments are not displayed. When I deactivate wpDiscuz, they reappear. I haven't changed anything, this just randomly happened (presumably after an automated WP or plugin update). Any help much appreciated!

What cache plugin you use? Have you tried to delete all caches when comments disappear? Do you have other plugins for comments?

Hi Tom, I use W3 total cache. I have deleted all the caches with the exception of Cloudflare - do you think I should try that too? I don't have any other comments plugins.
