Commenters using Mobile Devices can't login

Hi, Vectors team! 

I think the the wp discuz plugin is amazing.  It was the only thing out there that suited my needs, and it looks & functions beautifully.

For the most part.  I'm getting the feedback that mobile users attempting to leave comments aren't able to.  (They submit a Comment, but it never posts.  They just get sent to a separate page.)

I think it might be occasionally happening for desktop users, too, but I'm not certain.

What would you suggest I do to figure out where the error is?  (It seemed likeliest that it has to do with the plugin, but I'm happy to ask my Theme Support or Hosting service for help.  I just didn't know where to start.)

Thanks for a wonderful product!  I'm delighted to see you're based in Cheyenne!  I have a lot of family in Laramie, I stopped in Cheyenne recently & it's a lovely town, it seems.

Thanks for your kind words.

Basically we think that, it does not related to our plugin. Because, if there be an issue with ajax, it should not work. That's it. You won't get any separate page.

It seems you have script or something like that, which does not allow comments to be posted and give you another page.

Hi VaroS!

   Thanks for your feedback.  I don't have a smart phone, so I can't easily test this myself. I have been relying on others' reports and I may have gotten the details wrong and reported to you incorrectly.  If so, I apologize!  To make sure I can give you all the info I have, I double-checked the reports from mobile users, and am copying & pasting everything I've been told:

L. says:  "I did get through to leaving a comment... but when I clicked on post comment, it took me back to the beginning, and as far as I know, didn't post the comment. At least not anywhere I could see it."  [This is where I got the idea of taking to a separate page--I had misunderstood--I guess she was taken to the top of the SAME page.]
 
D. said: "I am having trouble signing in on my mobile device."

S., C., and H. all said something like, "Same here, think I left a comment but don't see my message showing up."

So, it seems like it's just not going through.  Would upgrading to the 4.0 version possibly fix this, do you think?

Do you have any other ideas for things I might try to do, to fix this?

Could you please update to wpDiscuz 4.0.0 version, then delete all cache and purge CDN (if you have). Then ask users check it again. Also please leave website URL to allow us test it too.
