Good afternoon,
We are experiencing a problem with our forum at  https://deepinenespañol.org/comunidad/ users cannot change any of their information such as e-mail, photo, signature etc, not even Admins can change their info.
Everything else appears to be working normally, but there's no way to update any information at all from profiles.
Any help would be appreciated.

Hi @eli,
Are you using the wpForo User Custom Fields add-on? If yes, please edit the Fields from Dashboard > Forums > Member Fields > User Fields Manager admin page, make sure you've enabled the "Can user edit this field?" option.

Please tell me a little more about the issue? Which usergroups do have such an issue? It would be better if you provide us some screenshots.Â

Hi there @astghik, thanks for helping,
Alright, it seems to be working now for regular users, however I still see the problem with the administrator account, it might be cache issue, I had disabled the forum cache and was using only the WP-Rocket cache.
I will continue to monitor and do some other tests and report back, but like I said, the administrator account still cannot change profile information either for itself or users.

Hi @eli,
Please change the role of the current user to admin and let us know to allow us to check it.Â
