I would like to let the members be able see their register emails each other.
How to set please?

By default wpForo doesn't allow this. This is a result of your wrong configuration or users insert their emails as username or display name.
Make sure you have not enabled "Can view Email" permission for Guest and other non-admin Usergroups in Dashboard > Forums > Usergroups admin page.
Then navigate to Dashboard > Forums > Dashboard admin page and click on [Delete all caches] button.

How to let members to communicate each other?
"Dashboard > Forums > Dashboard admin page and click on [Delete all caches] button." ------ I cannot find this button. Could you please show me this button on a screenshot?

Ok, You should try to enable the "Front - Can view member email" permission for Usergroups you want. By default, the "Registered" usergroup is the usergroup of regular users.
Then navigate to Dashboard > Forums > Dashboard and click on the [Delete all caches] button.
As an alternative I'd also suggest wpForo Private Messages addon. This is a good solution for members private conversation: https://gvectors.com/product/wpforo-private-messages/
