How have Full Control On the Sign Up Approval of the Users?
1. How to add Approval Question (Example, Why they want to Join the Forum, same with the Vanilla Forum)
2. How to add a full control sign-up before he/she can join in my Forum. Because when I check the User i got a lot of user with in same @site.com see the image.

Hi nuggle,
1. there is no such feature in wpForo. Please checkout the following paid addon:

2. you can Enable "User Registration email confirmation" option. In this case wpForo user registration function switches to WordPress Email confirmation mode. After clicking on submit button they receive Email with Password Generation link. Using this link users set a password thus confirm and finish registration process.
This option is located in Dashboard > Forums > Settings > Features admin page.
