Hello, I have a couple of pre-sales questions. One is VAT-related, another one is specific to a plugin.
Where should I ask these questions?

Hi @fawp,
Each wpDiscuz paid add-on has a Pre-Sale Questions section. You just need to go to the corresponding add-on page, then go to the Pre-Sale Questions tab.
For example below is provided wpDiscuz – myCRED Integration add-on Pre-Sale Questions tab: https://gvectors.com/product/wpdiscuz-mycred/

Presumably it's okay to ask the VAT question here then:
I see that all products have a "Excluding 0% VAT" attached to them.
What does this mean?
I.e. do you have to pay VAT on them, are they exempt, does this depend on the country where one resides, or something else?
