Comment Section like Woocommerce

Hello.

I would like to create a comment section similar to Woocommerce. In Woocommerce, for example, you can ask questions in one tab and give ratings in another tab.

I don't use Woocommerce, just normal WordPress posts. But I would like to split my comment section into 2 tabs. Tab 1 for "Important Comments", Tab 2 for "Off-Topic Comments".

Would something like that be possible?
