Not Working on Android Phones Correctly

"Not sure if it's dementia setting in here, but doesn't seem to be working at least with my Android mobile.

As soon as I enter the "at" symbol a menu appears with several members names, however there is no longer means to enter any more letters or to scroll down through the list. I then have to exit the post to regain the keyboard. 

Am I going mad ? "

 

This is what one of my users wrote. I have 2 other users saying the same thing. 

What is the problem here and how can I get it fixed?

Okay, thank you for the reports. We have collected the feedback in our to-do list, and in the next releases, the Addon will be further improved.

Also, still dealing with this problem!! About 6 weeks old this post is, and there has been no improvement on this plug in. 

So much for "premium support"......

Deactivated the plug in until it is fixed...... Disappointed ot say the least. It shouldn't take this long to get it fixed. I regret buying this

This plug in is still deactivated on my site, has there been any updates? Are the problems fixed?

@percysgrowroom,

The issue has already been resolved. Please ensure you're using the latest version of the addon, clear all types of caches, and then check again.

@astgh I am just not going to use it any more. Its pointless and the plug in is a waste of money. 

Also the fact that I have spent so much here on plug ins over the last five years, and I am supposed to get "Premium Support" is a joke!!! 

I am very disappointed in the service I get from this site. This is nothing like premium support.

@percysgrowroom I feel your pain. I get no support either. It's frustrating. but when I deactivate a plugin and explain the reason being that the code is sloppy and run globally, with in an hour they fire back and email about how good their plug in is  "without any issues" which is a joke because people constantly write support and they keep issuing updates. They have major attitude here and it's frustrating considering I paid near $200 to them and get no support.. not a single bit of help from them yet. I'm about to charge them back.
