Hi,
Please note: user registration and account creation are a part of WordPress core. wpForo only provides a registration form. wpForo is the same WordPress registration page with a different design and URL.
I'd suggest you find an additional plugin for this purpose: https://wordpress.org/plugins/search/Password+protect+user+registration/
